Welcome to Hyderabad Mobile Spa. We are committed to providing a professional, safe, and premium relaxation experience in the comfort of your hotel room. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Our Commitment
We bring world-class wellness to your hotel suite. All our services are provided by certified therapists and are strictly for relaxation, stress relief, and health benefits.
2. How to Book

Booking Time: To ensure availability, please book your session at least 3 to 4 hours in advance.

Confirmation: Once you book, we will verify the details. Your appointment is officially confirmed only after you receive a call or message from our team.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. Please keep a valid ID ready if asked for verification.
3. Cancellation & Late Policy

Cancellations: Plans can change. If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 2 hours before your appointment time.

If You Are Late: If you are late, we will try to accommodate you. However, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect our other clients. The full fee for the service will apply.
4. Professional Conduct (Strict Policy)
We maintain a safe and respectful environment for both our clients and therapists.

Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior will lead to the immediate end of the service.

Safety First: Our therapists have the right to stop the session if they feel unsafe. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and we may inform hotel security.

Sobriety: We cannot provide services to anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
5. Your Health & Safety

Pre-Session Check: Please inform your therapist about any injuries, allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the massage starts.

Responsibility: We follow strict safety protocols. However, the client is responsible for disclosing health issues to avoid any adverse reactions.
6. Privacy & Personal Property

Privacy: Your personal details and hotel information are kept strictly confidential. We do not share your data with unauthorized parties.

Your Belongings: Please keep your valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.) in a safe place. Hyderabad Mobile Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
7. Payments

We believe in transparency. Our prices are as listed on our website.

Payment is due immediately after the session. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, or cash.
